Want help replying?
Forward Google’s new-review email to your private Always Reviewed address and we’ll draft the response for you.
reviews+7K4P9XM3@alwaysreviewed.com
Works from any phone or email app. This address is random and private to your business. We only see reviews you forward, and we never post anything; you approve every reply and post it yourself.
Optional: forward them automatically (Gmail, on a computer, about 3 min)
Check Google’s review emails are on: Business Profile › More › Notifications › customer reviews.
In Gmail on a computer: Settings › See all settings › Forwarding and POP/IMAP › Add a forwarding address. Paste your private address.
Google sends that address a confirmation. We confirm it for you and email you when it’s done, usually within a minute.
Search Gmail for from:businessprofile-noreply@google.com "left a review", tap Create filter › Forward it to your private address.
After that, Google’s review emails reach us without you forwarding each one, and drafts come back to you to approve. Leave “Forward a copy of incoming mail” off; the filter only forwards review emails. We also email you these steps.
Prototype note After Google Business Profile API approval, this forwarding step disappears entirely and new-review detection becomes automatic. Not before.

Sent by the Always Reviewed engine monitor. The same problem notifies at most once per hour; you get one note when it recovers.
The engine checks every 10 minutes: sends stopped, send error rate, bounce and spam-complaint spikes, stuck queue, missing weekly report. The same problem emails at most once an hour, then one “recovered” note.
Prototype note This text was produced by the engine’s real alert formatter with example numbers. Nothing is sent from this demo, and alert email isn’t switched on yet (it needs an email-sending account).

Illustration only. Google’s real email format is still being checked; it may leave out the stars or the review text.
Example reviewer left a review.

Random and private to Test Salon. Save it as a contact once and it autofills next time.
3A drafted reply comes back to you by email
You approve, edit or skip. After Approve, one tap copies the reply and opens the review on Google, so you just paste and post. We never post anything.
Optional: forward them automatically (Gmail, on a computer, about 3 min)
A Gmail filter can forward only Google’s review emails to your private address, so drafts arrive without you forwarding each one. The same steps as on the finished screen; we also email them to you.
Prototype note After Google Business Profile API approval, the forwarding step disappears and new reviews are picked up automatically. Until then we only see reviews the owner forwards, and nothing is ever published from an inbound email.
